Biz Blue Book is a free online business valuation tool operated by IntegriBridge — powered by HedgeStone Business Advisors. By using the tool or communicating with us, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Valuation estimates

The valuation range the tool produces is an informational estimate based on the information you provide and general market data. It is not a formal appraisal, an offer to purchase your business, or financial, legal, or tax advice. Actual sale prices depend on many factors and may differ significantly. Text messaging program

When you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, IntegriBridge may send you texts about your valuation report and related follow-up — for example a link to your report, a response to a missed call, or scheduling a conversation you requested.

• Message and data rates may apply.
• You can cancel at any time — reply STOP and you will receive no further text messages from us.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of receiving your valuation — you can also work with us entirely by email or phone.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information about a business you own or are authorized to represent, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
