Biz Blue Book (“we”, “us”) is a free business valuation tool operated by IntegriBridge — powered by HedgeStone Business Advisors. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the tool or communicate with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Contact details you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, and location.
• Valuation answers — the information you enter about your business (for example revenue, earnings, and operating details) so we can estimate its value.
• Basic usage information — standard technical data like browser type and pages visited, used to keep the tool working and improve it.

How we use your information

• To generate your valuation report and send you a copy.
• To follow up with you about your valuation, your questions, and — if you're interested — the process of selling your business.
• To operate, secure, and improve the tool.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging

If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your valuation report and related follow-up (for example, a link to your report, a reply to a missed call, or scheduling a conversation you requested).

• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• Message frequency varies based on your activity and requests.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect emails about your report, which you can also unsubscribe from using the link in any email.

When we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us run the tool — such as website hosting, email delivery, and text-message delivery — and only so they can provide those services to us. If you engage us about selling your business, your information is shared with the IntegriBridge advisor working with you. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Security and retention

Your information is stored in access-controlled systems, and we keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts.
• Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop emails.
• Contact us to ask what information we hold about you or to request a correction or deletion, subject to applicable law.
